Create information architecture, user flows, and interaction designs that enhance usability and accessibility.
Validate design solutions through usability testing and incorporate user feedback to iterate on designs.
Maintain and contribute to the company's design system, ensuring consistency across products.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Skill Set:
2–4 years of professional experience in UX Design for web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, Human-Centered Design, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Usability.
Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern UX design tools.
Experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions confidently.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a user-first mindset.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Gemini, Uizard, Galileo AI, or similar tools to enhance research, ideation, wireframing, content generation, and design workflows.
Ability to use AI to accelerate UX processes while maintaining a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
Strong understanding of integrating AI-assisted workflows into the design process to improve productivity and design quality.
Education (Mandatory):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (UX/UI, Interaction Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field) from a recognized Design Institute/College is mandatory.
